At R&R Bagels, our journey began with a simple yet ambitious goal: to create the world's finest bagels right here in Hong Kong.

Our quest took us across the Pacific to the bagel capitals of the United States. We rolled up our sleeves in the bustling bakeries of Los Angeles, San Francisco, and, naturally, immersed ourselves in the iconic bagel scene of New York City. Armed with this wealth of knowledge, we returned to
Hong Kong and got to work. Hundreds of hours were spent testing, tasting, and refining our recipe. Our meticulous approach paid off, resulting in a bagel that we're proud to call our own.

On July 11, 2016, we opened our doors at 28 Li Yuen Street West in Central, bringing our labour of love to the heart of Hong Kong. Today,
R&R Bagels has grown to encompass 3 cafes and 1 takeaway spot across Hong Kong. Each location serves our signature bagels, baked fresh daily using our proprietary recipe.
